I’ll contact you to discuss options and, if veterinary treatment is necessary (in or out of hours), I’ll take them to my registered vets: Coastway Vets Brighton (Animal Hospital), Freshfield Industrial Estate, Stevenson Road, Brighton and Hove, Brighton BN2 0DF (website: www.coastwayvets.co.uk).
Coastway Vets (Animal Hospital) is able to provide care for a wide variety of pets, and has ‘rabbit savvy’ vets if needed.
Vet visits will be charged at £15 per visit, plus vet fees.
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact me by phone, email or WhatsApp ASAP.
Please see my Terms and Conditions for full details regarding Cancellations and Refunds.
Yes, I am open 365 days a year (excepting annual leave – if I have annual leave on your requested dates, this would be communicated at time of booking request).
No, your animals don’t need to be litter/toilet trained. However, if they aren’t, you would need to upgrade to the Extended Care Visit (for up to 3 animals).
If you have more than 3 non-litter/toilet trained pets, please contact me directly for a custom quote.
Yes, for continuity of care for your pet you must provide all pet food (fresh and dried), and pet care items (bedding, toys/enrichment, blankets, etc.) for the entire duration that you’re away.
I will bring my own cleaning products and cleaning aids (sponges, cloths, scourers, etc.).
As I’m looking after your pet(s) in their own home, they don’t have to be vaccinated. However, for your pet’s ongoing well being I do recommend this.
Full payment needs to be made 14 days before date of first visit.
My morning visits will be between 5-9am, and my evening visits will be between 4-8pm.
I will follow the same route in the morning and evening which means that, if you’re little one is fed toward the beginning of my morning rounds, they’ll also be fed at the beginning of my evening rounds (to ensure equal time between feeding sessions).
